INDIVIDUAL CONSULTATIONS ~
Anyone wishing to maintain or enhance their health, or anyone seeking professional help with a health matter, can benefit from Shiatsu treatment. Shiatsu can be beneficial for a wide range of conditions for which no other treatment is being received, or in conjunction with another treatment.
When you phone for an appointment you will be advised if Shiatsu is an appropriate therapy for you.

The first consultation takes up to 1 and a half hours. Subsequent treatments last 1 hour.

Treatments by appointment only in Ballsbridge, Sandymount, Ranelagh and the city centre of Dublin, Ireland.

CLASSES & WORKSHOPS ~
Shiatsu is very rewarding to learn. We offer 10 week Beginners Classes in the Spring and Autumn each year.

A Beginners class will teach you a whole body routine that you can use with family and friends. You will also learn how to feel Ki ( life force ), in your own body and that of another person; basic Shiatsu theory; energy strengthening exercises; and the use of key acupoints to relieve everyday ailments.

One Day and Weekend Workshops are offered periodically ( see current programme below ). These introduce you to the spirit of Shiatsu; teach enlivening Ki exercises; basic techniques; and a full body treatment.
Workshops can be provided also for any existing group.

CONTINUATION / FOUNDATION COURSES ~
These are advanced courses for those who have already completed a Beginners Class or who have a particular aptitude for Shiatsu. They follow the syllabus for professional training and are scheduled in different formats to facilitate each study group.

WORKPLACE PROGRAMMES ~
Specifically designed on-site programmes are available for most working environments. These range from short form treatments for individuals during meal breaks, to programmed group sessions teaching maximum use of your energetic resources, and techniques to lesson the effects of work stresses.
These can be arranged following a consultation on the workplace conditions, time available and costs.
